Policy

Puppies are reserved on a " 1st deposit paid / 1st pick of puppy " basis. Future families can pass on a litter & wait for a future puppy, if they choose. 

After reservation deposit, remainder may be paid at any time, up until 1 week before pickup or transport. 

We have access to several ground transportation companies if their services are needed - Call us for details. 

*Travel arrangements will need to be made well in advance so that plenty of time can be available for these companies to schedule delivery, routes

Due to the ages and small sizes of our animals, flight passage will only be utilizing an in-cabin option. 

Sometimes we can personally deliver your puppy by our in-house flight courier. Times and prices will vary depending on your personal needs. Costs included in prospectus quote will reflect all airline tickets (courier & puppy), transportation to and from airport(s),  meals, and any layover stays. Emergencies or delayed flights which cause unexpected layovers may incur additional cost (transportation, overnight accommodations, and meals). 

For meeting clients at the airport

There will be a flat fee for transportation of your puppy to Nashville International Airport so that you may fly him or her home with you. A USDA travel certificate (CVI) must be furnished for an additional cost of $85 for airline approval. You must also purchase an additional fare for the little one (in-cabin only!). 

**check current pricing for flying with pets on each airline - ### Most airlines are pet friendly, and it has been our experience that there are restrictions on the number of animals per flight. Schedule your airport meeting with us as early as possible once your flight date is known.
